Tackling health determinants

EUphacts in this category cover specific health policies, aimed at important determinants of health. They address the:

• general direction;
• scope; and
• legal context of the policies.

They also offer insight into:

• the current EU, intergovernmental and national policy highlights and actual activities being undertaken;
• the possible effectiveness of such activities; and especially
• the existing similarities and differences between the policies of different member states.
