This is a pragmatic grouping of all non-communicable diseases other than: cancer, mental/behavioural diseases, cardiovascular diseases, pregnancies/perinatal conditions, and (consequences of) injuries. According to the ECHI shortlist this group includes diabetes, asthma and COPD. The items that are included in the ECHI shortlist can be viewed in  ECHI-shortlist.
Diabetes and COPD have already been implemented as EUphacts .
